Refund policy

Due to FDA and state regulations on tobacco products, all cigar sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars once an order has shipped.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, standard no-return terms apply.

 

Non-tobacco accessories, such as humidors, cutters, and lighters, may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
