Shipping policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products from Godfather Cigars, and an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

 

Orders over $99.99 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $99.99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

 

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

 

Restricted states: Due to state law, we are currently unable to ship cigars to Hawaii or Utah. Several other states place additional restrictions on specific product types, such as flavored or "little/small" cigars (for example Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia). If any part of your order cannot be legally shipped to your address, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution for the affected item(s).

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you.
